I was tasked with designing the starter pack, ensuring the visuals were both aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the company’s branding. I also ensured the content was clear, concise, and relevant for new hires. Additionally, I created a workbook for the buddy training program, maintaining a cohesive design style throughout.
